Amy Sugden
After attending Indiana University – Bloomington, where she graduated with honors, Amy Sugden attended Saint Louis University School of Law. Following graduation, she worked for the Missouri Attorney General’s office as an Assistant State Attorney General, handling numerous administrative trials and appeals for various state agencies.
Ms. Sugden relocated to Las Vegas in 2007 to enter the private sector, working primarily in the area of eminent domain. She initially focused on the representation of condemning authorities until eventually shifting to exclusively representing landowners in an effort to protect their constitutional rights against government takings.
In the spring of 2019, Ms. Sugden ventured out to open her own firm, Sugden Law, where she leverages her 18 years of litigation to continue focusing in the area of law she loves. Ms. Sugden takes great care to foster good client relations and ensure that her clients know they are the most important part of her job.
Outside of her practice, Ms. Sugden loves to travel and stays busy with family (husband, Chris, and their two children, Emma and Ethan).
